TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • ALL classes are to be booked and PAID online. There are no transactions on site.
  • 10 class concession card must be used within 3 months from date of purchase, cancellations of classes without 24 hours notice will result in a full charge.
  • Monthly unlimited classes can be bought as many times as the buyer wants, however, after 3 months of purchasing ‘Monthly membership’ $23 per week Member with automatic payments could become available on request.
  • Membership can be cancelled at any time after this period, with 2 week notice, for $23 per week Membership only.
  • Members who joined the weekly $23 per week 3 month Membership package must still complete their 3 months of contract. Should they wish to join the Monthly Membership package in the future they can do so after 3 months of subscription has expired.
  • Purchasing a Concession card prior to Friday 4th August 12pm does not entitle the buyer the cheaper price per class, nor a refund, nor a transfer to the newly priced Concession card.
  • Members who have completed 3 Months of Membership subscription, and wish to continue their membership, there is the option to ‘Hold’ Membership and pause payments for up to 6 weeks per annum (calendar year).
  • The studio reserves the right to amend the timetable at any point, with adequate notice for members.
  • Once a class is booked and paid for there are no refunds.
  • Once a course is booked and paid for there is a refund available with 20% administration fee, prior to one week before the start of the course. If there is less than one week notice given to cancel a course, there is a 50% refund available. Once a course is within 24 hours of the start time, there is no refund available whatsoever.
  • Once a Workshop has been booked, paid for then cancelled with one week or more notice, there is a refund available with 20% administration fee. If there is less than one week notice prior to the start of the Workshop, then there is a 50% administration fee. If there is under 24 hours notice of cancellation prior to the start of the Workshop then there is no refund available whatsoever.
  • Any cancellations of Workshops or Courses (NOT Classes) outside of one week prior to starting date and time, there is the full monetary value of Workshop or Course offered as credit towards other Workshops, Courses, Classes, Concession cards and Monthly Membership, with no administration fee taken.
  • All participants must sign a consent form, notifying the instructor of any ailments or injuries before their first Yoga class. Any changes of health at any point from hereafter are also to be reported to the instructor prior to class.
  • All participants are to be 14 years and over for Yoga and 16 years and over for Hot Yoga.
  • Pregnant women are not permitted in Hot Yoga classes for the safety of their and their child’s health.
  • Any unsafe practises that endanger one or more participants will not be tolerated, and students may be asked to leave.
  • Strictly no headstands to be performed on site, unless in a one-on-one with teacher’s guidance.
