The style of Yoga taught comes from a varying background of Bikram, and Vinyasa with some influential Iyengar, Baptiste and Satyananda teachers, making the classes an integrated approach to Yoga.
Katie Collins is a 200 hour RYT with the Yoga Alliance. She has a degree in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage (BSc Hons) and is a licensed Dance teacher (IDTA), giving her teaching style an in-depth approach to the body’s movements and alignments.
Katie has been passionate about Yoga for a decade, and through the paths that life weaves, it has been quite an organic decision to teach this passion.
